Cash Voucher Terms & Conditions

• Customers will receive cash vouchers valued at THB 1,000 each according to the purchase amount. (For example, if the purchase amount is THB 3,000, the customer will receive three cash vouchers worth THB 1,000 each.)
• You can collect this cash voucher starting from the 3rd day after the purchase date. (For example, if purchased on 25 August 2025, you can collect the voucher at the specified branch from 28 August 2025 onwards.)
• The cash voucher is valid until 30 June 2026 only.
• Once this cash voucher has been purchased, the order cannot be cancelled, and refunds are not available under any circumstances.
• Valid at all SEKI branches, except SEKI Omakase, G Floor, Siam Paragon.
• This voucher is valid for dine-in only.
• Please inform the staff about using the voucher before placing your order.
• This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used to receive change.
• The company will not reissue the voucher in the event of damage or loss under any circumstances.
• The validity period is as specified on the voucher.
• This cash voucher cannot be used to pay for the LingOrm Honeymoon Omakase Set.
